The Times includes Minsk in top 30 best cities for tourists
The British Times included Minsk in the list of best cities for visiting tourists. The capital of Belarus is located on the 5th position. "You will find futuristic architecture in Minsk along with towers and frescoes of the Soviet style, as well as many post-war monuments", the newspaper writes. In addition, the article notes that it is possible to spend a weekend in Minsk with profit: there is a tasty and inexpensive meal, and tickets to the opera can be bought for 1 pound sterling. The edition also noted that now the visa is not needed for citizens of Great Britain and the whole European Union to visit Belarus.
